1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ceralid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Ceralid provides phishing simulation, security awareness training, and compliance reporting tools designed for small and medium businesses. Simulation emails are sent only to employees of your organization as authorized by you.
3. Authorized Use
You may only use Ceralid to send phishing simulations to employees of organizations you are authorized to manage. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited emails, target individuals outside your organization, or conduct any form of unauthorized security testing.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service, including employee lists, campaign results, and reports. Ceralid does not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ceralid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on email deliverability or domain reputation.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
